When it's possible, yes I try to raise them. Matings are rather easy to obtain with this species. But unfortunately, this time the females emerged 2 weeks after the males, which were already dead.
Never mind! It's already wonderful to see those creatures.

That's cool. I have always wanted to raise butterflies but have never had the space for it. Next summer I am planting a butterfly garden to bring them in more so that will be as close as I get to raising them.

No matter how many times I see them I am always amazed at their beauty.
